Preliminary review of property documentation
We leverage our experience in real estate transactions to help you find the perfect property, carefully reviewing the often-overlooked documentation that is frequently disregarded in the early stages of a purchase offer.
Even though this is not standard practice in France, it may be recommended in certain circumstances to complement the property documentation review with a technical inspection conducted by a surveyor, who will focus on the technical aspects of the property.
Technical inspections
We only charge a fee when the transaction is successfully completed. There are no upfront or search fees - you only pay if you finalize your purchase.
Our fee amounts to 2% of the sale price (with a minimum of €8,750, VAT included)
