Annual Services Package for new homeowners
Comprehensive package for new homeowners, including essential services.
First year pack includes:
1) Helping you subscribe to a home insurance (usually covering fire, water damage, natural disasters, burglary and vandalism, glass breakage).
2) Organising the administrative follow-up with the Notaire.
3) Helping you registrate on the French tax authorities' website (online) and assisting with the declaration of the premises' occupancy status.
4) Organising tax payments follow-up (residential tax “taxe d’habitation” and/or land tax “taxes foncieres” and/or wealth tax “impot sur la fortune immobiliere”).
5) Ensuring that you are registered with the “syndic” (co-ownership trustee / building management company).
6) Setting up direct debit payments for the quarterly co-ownership charges.
7) Acting as your representative at the first annual co-ownership meeting or assisting you regarding this meeting (explanation, reporting, liaising with the “syndic”).
8) Setting up essential utility contracts (water, electricity, internet, TV, gas, etc), meeting the contractors on site and organising the corresponding direct debit payments.
9) Installing smoke detectors.
10) Organising boiler annual maintenance (mandatory to comply with insurance companies’ requirements), in presence of a gas installation.
11) Helping you open a bank account.
12) Sourcing architects/contractors for any renovation or refurbishment works and organising quotes.
13) Ensuring that your name is on your letterbox.
14) Collecting the mail for you, once a month: scanning the documents, sending to you by email with explanation, and storing.
15) Receiving the packages for you (up to two hours).
16) Ensuring you an ongoing key holding service.
